Seroquel is not a fun drug, however I'm loathe to make recommendations as everyone responds differently to various meds...

Ususally Seroquel or trazodone is not a first drug of choice. I have tried both along with effeox but used them only to help sleep as I was having major insomnia problems. Effexor or Celexa works well.  Effexor doesn't have the weight gain.  If it is sleep that is causing issues there is other meds to try.

Hi Karen i was on Seroquel for my depression and i did not like what has done to me physically.i had to switch too effexor it worked for me.ask your doctor if you could try another anti depressant.i hope you fill better soon.please keep us posted on how you are doing.i am sending you hugs and positive vibes to get you feeling better.good luck my dear friend.
