Chirpractor today, after work.
All my other aches and pains have gone since the surgery (eg. hips, knees, migraines ...) but my back still isn't right. Oh well, arthritis in your spine is smething that doesn't just go away.
B - 1/2 bagel, large milky Chai
S - cottage cheese w maple extract
L - 1 Babybel, 2 g turkey kielbasa, 3 crackers
S - 1/2 protein bar, 1 protein shake
D - salad w poached salmon & egg
1 litre water
watermelon
Multivitamins, calcium and B12 all in.

True. Not to mention that your body is moving differently and weight has been lost/dispersed. I should likely see my chiro, now that you mention it. Haven't been in a few years and I know it's torqued because of the weight loss.

Good morning all!
Thank goodness I've never had a migraine...I hear they are hell!
B - sausage with peppers and onion
S - nectarine
L - tuna coleslaw on 1/2 a multi grain pita
S - orange
D - chicken stuffing bake (maybe with some cooked veg)
Again I will likely have to have some cheese later in the day to get my protein up to 60g. Might try this ham/cheese/pickle wrap you are all raving about...sounds quite good.
