Are there rules on who can or should be an angel?
When should you start looking for an angel and how?
Any other information on angels would be appreciated.

Hi Carol. There are no rules regarding angels. Sometimes people ask someone who lives in their area or just someone they connect with. Karen posts a list of people who have volunteered so you can choose from that if you like, or not : ). Totally up to you.
