What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Afternoon all. Had a nice visit with Diana (RD) for my 3 month follow-up. She is happy with my loss so far, but thinks I am not eating enough. She says I need to up my complex carbs to 100g per day and to try not to exceed 80g of protein. I also need to up my calories a bit... we will see what changes I can make in the next few weeks... I am going to try to integrate fruits/veggies into my diet on a daily basis.
B - Protein shake with 1% milk.
S - 2 babybel light.
L - Granola and yogurt.
S - Decaff. with 1% milk.
D - Chicken breast with hummas and mixed veggies.
S - Fruit of some sort.
Water. Vits. Treadmill.
Off to do my bi-weekly costco run. :)
B- 1tbs of thin oatmeal, and 1tbsp of 1%milk, also a little bit of greek yogurt with unsweetened apple sauce mixed in (all together this should have been 1/2 cup, but I couldn't fini**** all only at about half, first thing in the morning I have a lot of trouble getting stuff in)
S - 1/5 protein shake with decaf coffee
L - Pureed soup, most likely gardenay with pureed beans added in
s - other half of protein shake
D - Blended meatballs with blendded carrots and cawliflower
s - 1/5-1 protein shake
off to go shopping for the day... Have a great say everyone, wish me luck!
Oh ya so far vits on track
I SERIOUSLY want an answer to that poutine thing lol

Tracey 112205 said she was having poutine today and you asked her kinda jockingly about it and I really was wondering how someone would go about making a wls frfiendly poutine
Tonight we are having dinner (ok, everyone else is having dinner and I'm having optifast) with a coworker of my hubby's whose hubby had surgery several weeks ago so they can prep us with any advice they have.
