Got a date in Guelph

Went to see Dr Reed today for the first time.  Everything went well and on the way out they gave me my surgery date of Sept 1st starting Opti-fast on the 18th.
I couldn't say no after this long a wait but my son moves to university on the 4th and now I won't be able to move him so sad, scared, feeling sick but relieved to have a date all at once.

That's awesome I am sure your son will understand hopfully/ Best of luck to you with your surgery!

Congrats on getting your date.  I am sure they would have postponed your date if you felt it was necessary.

Nope I have waited this long to start my life no way was I going to turn down the date.  My son is awesome and will totally understand and suport me.

 Your son will understand and support you, I'm sure. The first week is really busy anyway, and I'm sure he'll be glad to know he's going to school with you safe and sound and he doesn't need to worry about you when he goes.
