off to work... day11 in a row...
B- toasted bacon, tomato and cheese sandwich
L- weigh****cher mini bagette sandwich with ham and cheese
D- chicken and a veg
snacks- protein shakes x2, fibre plus bar, grapes, peanut butter pretzels and a 2 bite brownie
all water and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!
Good morning! I'll be working out this morning (rowing, followed by weights), then doing some errands and an appt with my son's doctor.
B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/4 C blueberries, Tbsp Kashi Go-Lean cereal
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk; later, 2 crackers w/ peanut butter, a few grapes
L - 2 oz chicken, 1/2 oz old cheddar, veggies w/ tzatziki
S - decaf NF latte, protein shake
D - 2 oz BBQ pork, a few "oven fries", salad w/ light dressing

Doing the 5 day pouch test with ToNewBeginnings this week - eek! Day 1 - liquid protein. This is the plan for today, the order of things could change.
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - sf pudding
L - cream of tomato soup, (protein shake - didn't have, too full)
S - sf creme caramel mousse, protein shake, herbal tea
D - cream of mushroom soup, sf pudding
S - protein shake, sf jello
Whee! Sounds delish doesn't it?

Just got back from a 4.5 mile walk before breakfast.
Had 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 2 tbsp kashi crunch cereal and 2 tbsp multigrain cheerios mixed in. for breakfast.
Planning on fresh green pepper strips and greek yogurt based dip for snack.
Swiss cheese and tuna salad for lunch
6 oz lowfat milk with 1 scoop chocolate protein powder for snack
Pan grilled veggies (in 1 tbsp olive oil) with bbq'ed pork tenderloin for supper,
will end my day with evening snack of cottage cheese, fresh strawberries and
1 tbsp slivered almonds.
lots of water, crystal light, decaf tea in between meals.

B- 1/4 cup apple juice diluted with 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup s/f lemon jello
L- 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup s/f orange jello
D- 1/2 cup beef broth and 1/4 cup s/f lime jello
Snacks - 1/4 cup either apple juice or white grape juice diluted with equal amoun****er
No vitamins to get in yet, but working hard on my water! Who knew it would be this hard to get 2 litres in!!!
Doing - walking on the treadmill for at least 30 - 45 minutes total today. Will be doing it on and off throughout the day - gotta work out that gas! LOL

Thanks Karen. Wasn't able to get the whole two litres in yesterday - and know I probably won't be able to for a while. I definitely overdid the walking yesterday too, so today will stay home and stick to the treadmill and be a good girl! LOL (DH was NOT happy with how much I did yesterday, so I promised I would stay in today while he's at work!)
Silly girl - this is the time to let others do for YOU while you heal! lol
Take it easy, would ya? It's a marathon, not a sprint. :)
