I'm joining in b/c I've graduated myself to a bit of pureed food a few days early - just can't stand it anymore. I've been really tired lately, and I'm hoping the added substance will help.
B - 1/2 jar baby food chicken (don't have any real chicken to puree, so this is easier), 1T greek yogurt
S - protein drink (I mix in 2 cups water)
L - 1/3 c. Gardennay broccoli soup, 1 T greek yogurt
S - protein drink
D - probably more soup
I've had my breakfast and it seems to be sitting okay, although I know it's there. I find I can manage about 1/3 cup total right now at 3 1/2 weeks out. I can sip quite easily and get a good amount of fluid each day.
If the weather holds out, I'll be taking a walk to the post office to mail in my travel grant - that'll be about a mile and a hal***** my visa bill from the trip to Hamilton, and it's begging for a refund. The last time I did that walk, it just about killed me, but since I survived, it's time to try again. LOL!

Welcome to the thread Megan :) Sounds like you're doing just great! Take it easy on the walking - take a water bottle with you too!

Good morning. Hope everyone is having a great one so far. I haven't been posting for a bit because, well, I've been eating all whacking during this recovery stage. Nothing wrong per say, just more of not being hungry so just doing protein shakes to get the protein in for healing. Not as regimed as I usually am.

Soooo, even though not hungry (it feels so weird to say that still, after all this time lol), here is what I will give my bod for energy, health and recovery :)

L- leftover chicken, corn, noodles
D- dunno yet
Snacks- fibre plus bar, pretzels w/PB, grapes, 2x protein shakes
All vitamins ad water in! :)

I KNOW I'm going to pay for it later in the day, as I tend to run low on energy at about 4-5 pm, and that's just when I'll be fighting the rush-hour traffic home from University Avenue in Toronto.
