Optifast questions

Not going to chance whats not on the list, waited way to long for this to mess it up.
I did make some crystal light and making my own popsicles just to be safe.  Mixed a package of vanilla with the decaf coffee and it wasnt as bad.

Does your clinic tell you NOT to drink certain flavours of Crystal Light?  Some of them are made with splenda and some are made with aspartame.  If they aren't telling you to avoid the flavours with splenda then I wouldn't worry too much about splenda from other stuff either.
