What to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon. . .
Hi guys,
The day is rainy & gloomy & there's not a whole lot you can do outside, so why don't you come out to the York Region/GTA Support Group meeting today at 2:00? It's located Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 & Bayview).
Today's topic: Vitamins 101. At a recent coffee, I was shocked at how little people knew about what basic vitamins to take, how much to take, in what form & which ones absorbed better. Even veterans weren't sure. So this topic is for veterans and newbees alike!
I look forward to seeing the regulars and meeting new people too.
