A running "WOW"
2.5 k was...well the opposite. My time was 39:55. Pretty respectable I think. 5-10 minutes slower than on the treadmill, but, with the hill, I expected that. I am sooooo thrilled with myself, I almost want to go back out and see if I can do it faster. hahaha
Thanks! I have been running on the treadmill for several months, but was always a little afraid to try it outside, since I know it is harder. So far, so good. I am loving it. I am supposed to run 2 5k races in October, so we'll see what happens. Goal- run a marathon in 2 years or less. Don't think I'd ever do it more than once, but would like to say I have done atleast one in my lifetime. I also want to try the CN tower walk up. It would be fun to get together an OH team and do it all together. :)
