Timmie's L:g Iced Coffee, no base

Does anyone know the numbers on it.....i can't seem to find it...i see with milk and with base but not any with no base

Would be the same as a regular coffee - it's just coffee with milk on ice so look for the stats for a large coffee with milk.

Thanks Dawn.........you would think with me being almost 2 years out i would know this stuff but i never really tracked what i was eating before and have been trying to do that now...

Did you get it made with milk or cream? Just figure out how many ounces of whatever milk/cream they used and that is the calorie content. There is nothing else in it when you don't get the base.

I have become addicted to the McDonalds iced coffee since it's only a dollar for any size.

Ask for milk and no sugar though. It's only a little milk they put in. You can add your own sweetener if you like it sweeter.

 none of them come in decaf tho... 

I've actually been brewing my own decaf at home, ice, milk and vanilla sugar twin sweetener...its just as good as the real deal.

i usually get it made with milk, too, instead of cream.

If you are getting Tim's Iced Coffee, you can ask for decalf (they just don't advertise it), they just add more ice because they don't keep a pot cold.  I asked about it when I got a regular iced coffee for my Mom.  Haven't tried it yet though.
