I have impressed denise the dietician at HRRH!!!

LOL i had my followup appt with her on monday and she was stunned at the 220lbs ive lost in 7 months. she wasnt even snarky or mean or anything. she wasnt is a very happy mood but she took nothing out on me (prolly a good idea with me in that room BTW) also ran into Dr Klein who was equally impressed.

yup ill take it.
