TWH & Cancellations

I was wondering if anyone has had success getting into a cancellation appointment for the Nutrition Class at TWH. I am off work on vacation the first three weeks of September but my Nutrition class is of course scheduled on the last week of September on a day that I am in training for work (just my luck). I didn't reschedule yet as I am hoping there's a possibility that I could squeeze into this class when I'm off work on vacation time.

Yep, I got a cancellation. Just call them early in the morning between 8:30am-10am and tell them you're available any day of of those weeks and they can likely put you in somewhere. If there is nothing on Monday, try every couple of days until something comes up. Good luck!

Can you do the same for the 1 on 1 Nutrition & psych appointments? Just wondering cuz I'd like to get them done as well. Also don't want to seem pushy and **** them off LOL.

I've called TWH twice indicating that my schedule was flexible if there was room in the schedule to book an appt. I also called and asked if it was possible to double up appts. I thought that two appts in one day would be wise use of a day of work and a trip into the city. No call backs. I guess I just wait and trust theri timing.
