What are you eating/ doing today? (Sunday)

Good afternoon everyone!!

WOW!! 1pm and no one has posted this yet :P LOL
Work, work, work for me... day #8. I hear a wee vacation in my near future :D Hopefully next weekend we will be going to Niagara Falls, woot!!
It was a relaxing morning and went to do some grocery shopping, got my lunch ready for work and now I'm just having a nice cup of tea before I change and leave for work.

B- 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 2 slices of bacon
S- fibre plus bar
L- 3 chicken nuggets, few french fries
in my lunch bag- laughing cow cheese and a few crackers, honey roasted peanuts, 2 baby bel cheeses, oh yeah protein bar, 2 protein shakes
at work, I will probably have a couple of arrowroot cookies as I fly by a pantry :P

all water and vitamins are in :D

Enjoy the rest of the day everyone :D

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

I'm working, too.

B - Greek Yogurt w/calcium (crushed)
L - Protein Shake w/skim milk
S - nectarine (if I feel like it)
D - Soulvaki pork chop, carrots
S - Rice pudding w/more calcium

Working on getting in fluids.  Vitamins before bed.

Had a workout, hosted a playdate; now doing laundry and tidying up; the in-laws are coming for dinner tonight.

B - 1 slice thick bacon, 1 egg, 1/2 slice ww toast
S - decaf tea w/ milk
L - 2 1/2 oz turkey, 2 crackers, 1/2 C strawberries
S - protein shake
D - hamburger (no bun) and salad w/ LF dressing
S - don't know yet

Afternoon all,

My computer has been acting up all freakin' day so I'm *****y.  Hard to imagine, I'm sure. *snort*

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - cherries, small piece of brie
L - tuna with mayo and green onion, celery sticks, 3 triscuits
S - glass of red, small slice of flat bread with garlic, red onions and goats cheese
D - BBQ chicken, coleslaw, small cob of corn, one bite of a slice of aforementioned flat bread
S - another glass or two of red, likely.  Not very WLS-friendly, huh. LOL

Hope you all had a great Sunday, even if you had to work. :)

Jeez, I'm having a hard time eating - not the getting it down part, but I just don't feel like putting in the effort.  I have to force myself to eat, but I think I need more fluids.  Also, I haven't been getting my protein drinks in the last few days, so I'm feeling sluggish to boot.  I think I feel hungry, then when I eat something, I just don't want to bother with it.  

B - 2T cottage cheese
S - Cheesecake greek yogurt (SF pudding added) - 1/4 c.
L - vegetables from Tim Horton's veg soup - 1/4 c. max (tried a decaf coffee as well, but I just didn't like it, so I guess I'm a non-coffee drinker now!)
S - water, SF popsicle
D - ham, green beans, tiny bit of cucumber salad w/ feta, 1T scalloped potatoes (I enjoyed this meal, but felt kind of yukky afterwards) - food totalled about 1/2 cup, maybe a little bit more
S - protein drink

I think this looks healthy enough, but believe me, it's an effort lately.

I start back to work tomorrow - doing 1/2 days for this week, then a little more next week, followed by back to normal the second week of September.  I'll be walking to and from work, so that's a good thing, and hopefully the extra exercise will trigger a change in the way I feel.  Sounds like head games to me.  .  .

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

good evening and hope everyone enjoyed their Sunday.

b - protein shake
s- 1 sf popsicle
l- 2 mini pitas (2") with 1 tbsp peanut butter and 2 banana slices in each
s- small slice of watermelon
d- 2 oz of chicken w/mozzarella cheese (lf) , 2 broccoli spears, 1 cauliflower spear
s- 10 cherries

did a 2 km walk around the loop at chapples golf course and enjoyed that.
