What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Morning all :)
Working (pout) and then meeting friends for a ****tail post-work today. Oh, and going to the C. Square here at city hall for the prix fixe lunch - Whole Foods is catering today! Woot!
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - a couple of cherries, small piece of brie
L - something fabulously healthy and organic for 5 bucks from Whole Foods!
S - leftover lunch I'm sure
Pre-dinner - glass of red with friends
D - roasted chicken, a little coleslaw, cob of corn
Have a good one :)

My menu is going to be boring as I am going to kick these carbs out again. Is it bad that I would kill for a glass of red? LOL
B - greek omelette, yogurt cup
S - red grapes
L - eggplant parmesan, maybe a side green salad if hungry
S - greek yogurt with some chopped up apple and cinnamon in it
D- green salad with grilled chicken

Saw an ad for wine on the side of a bus last night - reminded how much I miss enjoying the little sins of daily life.
(Gave up smoking 15 years ago, haven't had a drink in 6 months. What's that thing called sex again? Whine ***** Moan)
B - 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, no butter, large tea
S - cottage cheese w applesauce
L - cheese + pear, 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - salad w ham + melon
1 litre water
Multivitamins and B12 in, still got to do the calcium thing.

My boys are going camping today, without me! First time alone overnight in my house in over 10 years... so I've taken today off work. Going to do a bit of closet shopping, have a workout, get a massage (I booked it as soon as I got the camping dates), take myself out for dinner at the local vegetarian restaurant, then a long hot uninterrupted bath! What an awesome day ahead!
B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/2 C strawberries
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk, 1/2 banana (not together)
L - 2 1/2 oz turkey, 2 crackers, veggies w/ tzatziki
S - protein shake, maybe anotherdecaf tea w/ milk
D - something healthy and organic at the vegetarian restaurant; it's a buffet, so I'll have to be very mindful of what I put on my plate
S - I might indulge in a square or two of dark chocolate (I don't dump; is this a blessing or a curse..?)

Not doing too much today. I am at Sunnybrook waiting for my friend to get out of surgery. She went in about an hour ago and will likely be in all day. They are going to try and do as much as they can in one surgery but may have to go back to fini**** She will need another surgery for her jaw in a few days.
I am trying to stay on track with my eating..
banana
fibre one bar
28g bag of chips
pickle, cheese and ham roll ups
turkey sandwich (that I made for wok for yesterday but I won't eat it if it smells funny :P)
greek yoguart
protein shakes
pretzel/peanut butter bite size snacks
might get something in the cafeteria if I need to
all water and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!
Working today, however had my butt kicked by the personal trainer at 5:30 am this morning (strike while the iron's hot I say)...today was shoulders and arms day...not to mention the ride to and from work this morning...
Regarding the personal trainer - if I could convince him to wear leather and carry a whip, would it be more enjoyable? Hmmm....
