May 17th, 2010 - Orientation at Windsor Hospital
May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!
Afternoon all. Leanne, I am thinking about you and your friend and her family today.
B - Protein shake.
S- 2 babybel light.
S - Taste of cinnamon toast crunch/Decaf. with 2% milk.
L - 1 slice ancient grains toast with no sugar no salt PB.
S - Another decaf. with 1% milk.
S - Turkey pepperette.
D - Lean ground beef meat sauce, hold the pasta, a few small pcs brocolli.
S - Yogurt.
I have increased my calories to aorund 800-950 per day, and it's really sped up my losing. I have also increased my (good) carbs as per my dietician. Last week I lost 4 lbs and I'm already down another 1 lb since Monday. It's amazing! My body seems to hold onto everything - I was obviously not eating enough.
Water and vits in. Already done my walking for the day.

We are still waiting for her to have surgery... they are worried about her having some internal bleeding and had to do a ct scan, they also had to put a central line in and do a doppler test. We are patiently waiting for her to return.I was just reading everything on this thread, LOL, I am FRREEEEEEEEZZZZING all the time! We went swimming in July in 30c water and I had goose bumps and had to get out and heat up in the sun! BBRRRRR! I find I wear alot of sweaters and fuzzy pj pants. It will be soon to break out the fuzzy socks!
