What brand of vitamin do you use?  I am having a very difficult time swallowing my vitamins in the morning despite breaking them down into small pieces.  It is my multivitamin specifically and calcium vit.  Does anybody use something that is smaller than the horse pills that I have been taking?  After I take them I feel nauseous for about 20 min later.  Thanks!

I am using regular vitamins, but others are using the Life Spectrum chewables (the one with high iron).  There is a calcium citrate that is about half the size and includes vitamin C, I was told to take a dose of 3 of these.  I think it's Webber but not sure.  I got them at Shoppers, and they have petite written on the bottle.  Someone else might remember better than me.

Good Luck

You can take your calcium in liquid form.  Two Tablespoons equals 1000 of calcium citrate.  Shoppers, Walmart and Costco all carry liquid calcium.  I use Wellesse brand from Costco.
