when do you
Thankfully, everything I take (including Proferrin iron) can be taken with food, as I find vitamins make me feel bleah if I don't eat something prior.
I don't take a pain med, but I do take a med that makes me extremely drowsy (like, take it in bed and go straight to sleep immediately drowsy), so obviously I take that one at night. lol

And for the person that mentioned their birth control pill, just in case you were not told or it was not mentioned after surgery some have problems with them as we do not absorb them as well ( and I am not sure if you were RNY, if not you may be okay but just wanted to make sure you knew of the issue)
I crush 1/2 of my daily calcium into yogurt in the morning (usually). If I have something other than yogurt, I'll still take the calcium now.
I have another round of crushed calcium with hummus by 9:00 pm.
My vitamins and other meds before bed.
You can't take any other pills 2 hours before and after calcium or otherwise nothing will get absorbed properly.
