TFal Actifry
Just wondered if anyone had tried the TFal Actifry? It swears it tastes like deepfried goodness with 1 tbsp to no oil. Read some good and bad reviews online but wondered if anyone here had tried this product. It is pretty expensive so wouldn't want to buy it and have it not work as advertised.

I saw it on Dr. Oz, it was well recommended,..but personally I would not ever purchase one
as it would only lead to temptation to eat "fried" foods like french fries etc.. foods that I don't eat
now and rarely ate before because I knew they were not good for me.. not so much the oil that
I would worry about.. its the carbs.. I am a "carb-a-holic" and since they are my weakness, its
something I have to be vigilant of for the rest of my life.
So even though the cooker uses very little oil.. and good oil (olive oil), it would just be too much
of a temptation for me.

Well I am a week out of surgery so I certainly could not eat anything out of it. I saw it at the bay a few months ago though and it was $250 and I just wondered about it cause I thought it seemed like a lot of $$ but a kinda cool idea if it really worked which is what I was wondering.
I have a teen however so just wondered if it would be much healthier for him then cooking with oil on the stove.
I saw some reviews online saying about what great stuff you can make with it and how great things turned out however you never know if its the actual company posting reviews.
