Thanks once again for such a fun coffee night!  It's so wonderful to see everyone shrinking, or getting ready to shrink, and to share a common bond with you fabulous people.  Joy, thank you for being the group photographer! Now I just need to figure out how to get the red out of my eyes in every single - I must truly be the devil incarnate! LOL  Special thanks to Barb for the fabulous sf banana cookies and the photo and a very special thank you to Deb for the lovely flowers - you brought tears to my eyes. XO

Here's highlandbear (Barb) and I:

And here's Joy and I (goofy pic! lol):

The rest of the photos are on Joy's profile (and soon to be on mine as I steal them. LOL)

Thanks again for such a great evening.

K.  xoxo

Sorry I missed yet another one!  I was in Toronto for a meeting yesterday and had hoped that I would have been able to sneak away from it and surprise y'all.

However when the VP of the org. you work for offers to take you out for sushi after the presentation is done, you enjoy the sushi!

Looks like it was a fun and successful meet though!  Maybe next time.

Focus on sashimi items if you can stand the raw fish factor (good protein counts, low carbs/fat).

Try getting brown rice sushi if you can and limit the rice as it is sweetened (the cooked rice is pickled with rice wine vinegar and sugar) and fills you up with big time carbs.
