Karen and Tracey I feel for both of you with meds....fortunately for me I now only take vitamins....but I can imagine how difficult it is to get proper dose and type of meds....good luck
Here's the plan for today
b - protein shake
s - yogurt with berries
l - chili...and my God is it spicy....my eyes are watering and my nose is running...I guess I added a bit too much spice......in fact I have had 4 bites and I cant eat anymore....garbage it goes
s - apple
d - pork tenderloin
squash
s - ryecrisp with light laughing cow
All water and vits
have a great one

Afternoon all. Haven't posted on this thread in a bit - just because I've been super busy with work and a toddler (and a husband). I continue to make good food choices. I've hit the 80lbs lost mark!!! WOO HOO!
Here is today's plan:
B - Protein shake.
S - Kashi blackberry fruit bar.
L - Slice of ancient grains toast with PB.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Tuna and pickle with LF mayo.
S - Yogurt.
I've upped my water, which is working well. Vits in. The dreaded treadmill awaits me tonight lol!

S- 1/3c cottage cheese, fibre plus bar
L- cobb salad
S- leftover cobb salad
S- protein bar
D- steak and 2-3 tiny potatoes with sour cream
S- maybe nothing or popcorn .. dunno yet
all water and vitamins in :)
