Today's Hamilton/Burlington Meeting! Thank you!

Hello All!  Today was the first meeting at the new location for the Hamilton/Burlington WLS Support group.  I just want to say thank you to all who showed up!  We had about 9 attendees which was a great start.  There was lots of information sharing.  The plan is to have the meetings the last Saturday of each month.  I need to confirm the booking of the faciity on Monday and will post the information for the October meeting.  We are only able to book the room month to month.  In October lets aim to have the clothing  & protein powder exchanges as discussed.  Again, thanks everyone for coming out and I look forward to seeing you all next month as well as some new faces too!

Gosh I had every intention of coming and had such a busy week and so much on the go that I totally forgot until this evening.
