Morning all :)
Extremely annoyed with Rogers - my internet has been up and down all freakin' weekend. Have some "catch-up" reading to do! Working, though I'd rather be sleeping. 'Nuff said.
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - deli turkey, cheese, pickle roll up (2)
L - open faced turkey, cheddar, tomato sandwich on one piece sunflower rye bread
S - more coffee, small pear
D - BBQ steak, grilled veggies, 1/3 of a potato

B- protein coffee with almond milk(unsweetened), and all my vitamins
S - coffee at work with milk
L- 3 oz of sliced roast beef, horseradish, and four baby carrots
S- a huge radish, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
D - greek salad and a bowl of chili

Why is it that everyone else's meals sound soo good?
At work today, trying to get a couple things done.
B - half a raison bread with LC cheese
S - cheese strings & raisons
L - shredded chicken in spaghetti sauce
S - yogurt
D - meatloaf, veggies and potatos for everyone else

Morning all! Very happy with my weigh-in this morning! Karen, I've been doing well with losing even with taking the dietician's advice on increasing my complex carbs - I am eating whole grains on a regular basis and I feel much better physically. Still staying away from the white stuff though.
Plan:
B - Protein shake.
S - Cinnamon raisin toast with PB.
L - 1/2 small chicken breast.
S - Decaf. with 1%.
D - 1pc Canneloni (lean cuisine).
S - Yogurt.
I'm going to have to throw something else in there today - my calories based on this menu are too low for the day.
Water and vits in. Going out for a walk this afternoon with the Q-man since I have Monday's off now :)

Good morning, everyone.
I'm at school right now; have already spent well over an hour in the library. Having my first drop-in office hours as a teaching assistant, then meeting a friend for coffee, then off to class. I didn't manage to get a workout in yesterday, and am hoping that I can find the energy tonight after my son is in bed.
B - my usual combo of Greek yogurt, berries and Kashi Go-Lean cereal
S - 1/2 oz LF old cheddar, 2 oz grapes
L - chicken, salad w/ LF dressing, 2 crackers
S - 1/2 banana, protein drink
D - thin crust pizza, raw veggies
S - not another popsicle! maybe a teenie square (30 cal) of dark chocolate
