B - 1/2 c corn bran cereal with 1% milk & 1/2 banana
S - Kashi Bar 1 cup decaf coffee with milk
L - Whole wheat grilled cheese with ham & 1/4 cup bean salad
S - strawberries with  1/4 cup yogurt and maybe a protein bar
D - pork with broccoli

Well I called in "well" this morning to take advantage of an extra day a the lake and what a day it was...

Decaf coffee

B- Leftover pork tenderloin with cheese. Greek yogurt and sf jam

L-fake crab with Melba rounds

D-shrimp veggie stir fry

S-sf Popsicle
