I am from London as well.  The group is great and meets the last Sunday of every month.  There is also a coffee night at Tim Horton's on Wilton Grove and Highbury on Wednesday evenings at the middle of the month.  The website Linda mentioned will give you exact dates for both  :)  Hope to see you there.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask any time

Hi I am in St Thomas, I haven't been to the london meeting either but am interested , in a chat , tea , support and being active again. F 42 a Ymca member post RNY lost the weight  had a auto accident now regained alot .but ready to change.
