Surgery bookings!!
Pre-op is October 12th and SURGERY DAY IS OCTOBER 19TH!!!! Im on day 6 of Optifast and I could drink it forever, im adding 300ml of black decaf coffee to it (the vanilla) and I love it! Im only down 6 pounds but ill take a pound a day for 20 days anytime. WOOT WOOT ill be on the bench in no time!

It's very good that you're enjoying the opti - I didn't mind it either, except that it got old by the end of 2 weeks. But before you know it, you'll be all done and on your way to a much healthier you.
Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
I'm just doing the opti straight, it is fine, just mixing it with ice cubes and cold water and no problems.
