So people, tell me what you felt when you seen your orientation papers in the mail? Was it a big envelope or small? Did your heart stop beating for a sec? There was a big brown envelope in the mail yesterday and I stopped breathing...... but poo it was hubby's sleep study papers. :( What a tease. lol

Brenda I felt a sigh of relief, the long wait was about to be over. Yes I knew there was still a long wait ahead but the ball was starting to roll. Inside the large envelope was a list of dates to pick from. Once you decide what date works for you best you call the clinic and request that date. Well thats Ottawa's way of doing things anyway.

i think mine was a regular size white envelope. My heart stopped beating, yes. I almost cried. Up till then, i thought for sure that they were going to say i wasnt suitable for this surgery, that i hadn't tried hard enough yet. Once i had the envelope in my hand, that paper that told me about my orientation session, i knew this would happen for me. (of course, i had doubts along the way, that any time now, they were going to figure out that i didnt deserve it).
I can't wait till you get those papers, Brenda. I'll be so happy over the moon for you.

I didn't get any papers in the mail. They called me to book me for orientation class then sent the forms electronically . I was sooooo excited! After all my research I just want it done yesterday! Lol!

My letter was delivered by Purolator and I wasn't home, so I had to go pick it up a day later, LOL
When I opened it, I was very excited and almost jumped up and down, what a sight LOL
You will have the same excitement, but remember to breath, LOL
