Im on my last day of Optifast today

 Well todays the day....I can stop drinking Optifast lol. I know i know Iv said that i could drink it forever and that was true but maybe just not every day all day, Iv had no problem with it until yesterday and I have a feeling its all thanks to my brain telling me "im almost done, im almost done". Its been 17 days and well thats enough for me, onto clear fluids for 2 days and then SURGERY WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19TH!!!

clear fluids are anything you can see through (note,does not include a donut or bagel, even tho, technically, you CAN see through them).

LOL if that was the case Im sure I could have punched a hole into just about anything when I was on Opti.

I hear ya!!!
My surgery is Thursday and I have exactly 15 shakes left!!!! I will be so happy come Wednesday evening when I have my last one FOREVER!!!!!  I may even futterwhacken.

I have had no problem with them either other than the fact that they are disgusting!!! I have a new found love for jello because you can actually CHEW it!! lol
