Anyone out there use Proferrin for their iron supplement?
Just curious. I did an internet search and couldn't find the reason why it tells you on the box not to lie down for 30 minutes after taking it. I fell asleep on the couch and on my way to bed took my evening pills (including the Proferrin), and then hapened to see the warning. I'm a little crabby as I was really tired and just wanted to trudge up to bed!
Seems like a fiddley little pill with lots of drug interactions; one of which will afect me once I fill a perscription my dermatologist just gave me. I have however, heard really good things about it's absorption (which is why I bought it).
Anyone else use this product?

I do and I like it because it doesn't constipate me or upset my stomach and I can take it at any time with no interactions with other vitamins. I *think* the no laying down thing has to do with causing some possible reflux.
It's an excellent, though spendy, product.
