Morning

B - protein shake

s - yogurt with peaches and granola

l - leftover chicken

s - yogurt with peaches and granola

d - pork tenderloin-mashed taters-cauliflower

s - not sure

All water and vits

Was up early to go to the dentist, oh how I love going there. Eating is way off as I am at my mom's for another day so I eat things at odd hours.  Off to get some foils in my hair then coffee with my dad then head home.

B - leftover green salad with ranch dressing

L - 1/2 mac and cheese sandwich(haven't had luncheon meat since I was a kid), 1/2 banana

S - 1 oz cheddar, 4 crackers

D - will be on train so have some hummus and crackers packed and most likely have a slice of spinach pizza when I get home.

Hi guys,

Working again tonight so sleeping as much as possible today.... It's 1:30pm and I can't sleep so I think I'll go for a walk.

B - 21g cheese cut in 1/2 lengthwise and rolled into turkey slices with mustard.  Coffee.

S - 1% cottage cheese with pineapple

L - protein shake

S - 1/2 of a pure protein bar

D - chicken breast in caesar salad

Having a ****ty day, feeling sick with a cold.

B- protein shake

S- cheese stick and homemade spicy nuts

L- chili with cheese

D- lean sausage with sweet potato

To bed early, am up at 4am to go to the gym before work...(think I've finally lost my mind).

 I rarely post on this thread but Im proud of what I have done to my eating habbits again.

B-2 hard boiled eggs
MS-1/4 whole wheat pita w 2oz light cheese
L-1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese and 1/4 cup strawberry source yogurt
AS-2oz Kolbassa
D-3oz chicken breast with 3 olives and 3 cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices

May not be perfect but Im pretty happy with it.
