A great NSV...and a few pics

We went to a wedding on Saturday; my husband's side of the family where no one has seen me since long before surgery...many don't even know I've had it.  There were lots of NSV's for me that night but one of the best happened as we headed to our table for dinner.  Our table was against the wall and seating was assigned by namecard.  One of the cousins, who is obese was worried about his seat, as it was at the 'back' of the table against the wall.  He said there was no way he'd fit back there and be able to get in and out.  I said not to worry; we'll just switch the name cards around.  The server was there filling water glasses and she said, "that's fine...what's your name?  We'll put you in the back because you're small."  Small?? Me??  I'm almost 5 months out and never imagined to feel this good, let alone be referred to as 'small.'  Best compliment ever. 
Anyway, it was a great night - I danced all night without a bead of sweat and basked in the glow of all the compliments I got.  Everyone was so supportive and encouraging.  It was great.  Here's some pics, including one of my hair just because it was so cool.

Oh, you looked great in that dress Kerry! I totally love the hair as well!  Glad to hear that you had a chance to strut your stuff - I'm sure that you got a lot of admiring looks that night! Good for you!

How did they do that with your hair?  Kind of looks like a loose french braid.  Looks very good!

You look fabulous Kerry!!!!  It must have been wonderful to get all those well-earned compliments, and even more, to "dance the night away without a bead of sweat" (can't image ever being able to do that - I sweat like crazy on the dance floor and last two dances max).
