What are you eating/doing today? (Friday!)

Goooood morning!

Oh, how I love Fridays. Well, not as much as Saturdays, but still. :) Work work work and then out for ****tails with Joe and friends (and ummm... hopefully some dinner!).

Plan for today:

RNY - 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x2, yogurt
S - protein shake
L - 2 Laughing Cow garlic and herb wedges, 4 crackers, raw veggies and spinach dip
S - more cow wedges, 2 crackers, cup of tea later in the afternoon
D - not sure! I'm thinking Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a couple of glasses of red
S - perhaps another glass of red? lol

Morning Karen

I like your dinner....especially the red wine.....gotta pick my husband up at Buffalo airport tonight so no wine for me.....but Saturday night is another story!
I am such **** tank on one glass of wine.....kinda funny.....but I do enjoy a glass every few weeks or so....or so...

B - bagel with creme cheese

l - tuna with some couscous/tomatoes/feta/and beans....actually tasted good all mixed

s - latte

d - salmon with a bit of mashed sweet potatoes and veg

s - coffee driving to Buffalo

All water and vits

Morning Barb :)   I wish I were a pisstank on one glass - no issues with over-drunkeness, all of the stereotypical things we hear about post-surgery, etc etc.  I guess I'm speshul.

HaHa....maybe that will change for me also when I am further out...

I rarely drink at home so that leaves having some wine when out....and then I have to arm-wrestle my husband for who will be the DD........thats why I am lifting weights 2X per week....lol

have a great weekend.....I am looking forward to getting back home this weekend and back to my routines

I have a whole day to focus only on my papers for school!  May not sound exciting to other people, but a day without multi-tasking is very welcome.  I even slept in (8 am) and had DH take care of the little guy this morning.

B - egg, 1/2 slice ww toast, a few grapes
S - decaf tea w/ milk; later, 1/2 oz LF cheddar and some raspberries
L - salad w/ LF dressing, 3 oz turkey
S - protein shake
D - fish, green beans
S - might have a spring roll (going out with friends later tonight)

Mmmmm...your day sounds yummy Karen.   Especially the couple glasses of red ;)

Helping out in my son's JK class this morning, then packing this afternoon for a weekend shopping trip to Grove City!!

B - protein shake
S - yogurt, coffee with milk & sweetener
L - 2 turkey pepperettes, string cheese, carrot sticks
S - protein shake
D - baked halibut, spinach salad with poppyseed dressing

Have been religious about vitamins & water this month :)

Do you know that I actually crave spinach salad with poppyseed dressing? LOL  No idea why - maybe it's the iron in the spinach.  So, now that you've mentioned it, I'm changing my dinner plan.  Spinach salad it is!

Stupid me forgets to have breakfast this morning....duh! 

Yesterday I worked until 1 again.  I was going to stay but then my boss said "isnt it time for you to go home?"  so I did.  LOL!

On the menu today:

B : Nothing
S: Greek Yogurt & 1/2 protein bar
L: Peanut Soup w/ pita bread
D: Not sure yet...

P.S.  Please tell my boss that I'm to leave at 1PM today as well.

P.P.S.  Peanut soup?  That sounds delicious.  Off to google a recipe.
