Enjoy your wine Karen! Ya, I'm speshul too lol, I am not affected anymore by alcohol consumption. In the beginning I was but well I guess through perseverance and determination I can now have more than a couple. I'm not a frequent drinker but I do go out every now and again tho.
Anyway, have an appt today and thats it...too cold to do much else. The weekend will be focused on my son, carving pumpkin, maybe a show, game night, etc. Looking forward to it!
B - 3 turkey breakfast sausages
S - protein shake
L - proteinshake
S - not sure
Su - left over stew or pork tenderloin
S - nsa jello/pudding
Water and vits in. Have a good one!

Good Friday everyone. I plan on weighing myself for the first time in almost a month today. Wish me luck haha.
B-1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 source yogurt 1/4 banana
S- Turkey Peperette
L- Chicken breast, green beans and melba toast
S- 1oz chicken breast
Dinner TBD going to my mothers for family dinner. I might as well have a little wine too. just a tad though Im sure with my "new" eating habbit I might be effected differently.

I still can't smell or taste anything so food has zero appeal to me. I may just have to drink some red tonight as well.

D - hot wings, green salad...hoping the hot wings will let me taste and smell again
As for booze hitting hard, that lasted less than 2 years and now I can drink with the best of them and sure as heck don't get drunk fast.

So bummed about the Scenic Caves trip.
Too bad - instead, I'm hosting a girlfriend from my hometown for her weekend in the Big Smoke.
She had some bad news about her dual ovarian/breast cancer diagnosis, and needs a bit of pampering.
So, a Girls' Weekend it is!
B - bowl of Cream of Wheat w applesauce, large peppermint tea
S - cottage cheese w applesauce + bran buds
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, 2 crackers, 1 pear
S - protein bar + coffee
D - no idea.

Multivitamins in, still lacking B12 and calcium
