Crystal lite limits?

 I bought the grape flavoured one in the states when I when and the fruit punch too.  I read the labels and it is only the grape that has the caffeine that I can tell.  So while the first one tasted great, it will also be my last !  Boo hoo!.

Like the other ladies, I often drink many CLs daily.

With respect to the previous posters; I've been to the Walmart in Ogdensburg, NY twice in the past couple of months and didn't see grape flavour. I'd love it too so maybe I'll shop around while I'm down there.

The Hawaiian Punch crystals mentioned have 30 (or was it 70!?!) calories per package. I know because I bought them for my son but don't want to go in the kitchen at this late hour to check the label for this post or I may find something that "I need to eat".

I did find some Propel grape flavoured water in the bottles (not crystals) on my last trip but haven't had any of it yet. I'm busy drinking my way through the Crystal Lights and the G2 Gatorade. Drinks/crystals alone almost pays for my gas when I go south. Gatorade is about $6.97 for a 6-pack here and down there they're $4.97 (at the most) for an 8-pack. They have grape G2 and also had flavours this past trip south that I hadn't seen before: lemon-lime, fruit punch and a deadly delicous blue one that I think is called blue ice.

Guess I'll head to the kitchen after all. I'm thirsty all of a sudden.

 There is a lot of discussion about Crystal Lite but what is the opinions about Gatorade G2 or Powerade Zero?  Can we drink these pre and post op?

It was the dietician at the Ottawa Clinic that turned me onto the G2. It has a few more calories that Crystal Light but provide a lot more electrolytes.

I can't drink any of this stuff that has aspartame in it. Everything that I have ever tried with it makes me nauseous except Coke Zero which I won't be drinking anyways.
