Hi, I am not sure if it is ok with your type of surgery but I know with mine I lived on Nestea Zero and I still drink at least a can a day. I couldn't stand Crystal light and was so happy to find this alternative. My mom who had VSG used Nestea Zero to flavor her water with. Best of luck I am sure someone else with pop in and say it is ok to drink. Enjoy!!
Holly
Thanks!

You have to go to the Coca-Cola website to find the info. It's still listed as 12 mg of caffeine per 250 ml.
Here is the link but you may have to pull up the Nestea Zero as it may default back to an empty bottle.

Strange that zero is the only nestea product not listed on nestea.com.
Thanks for the link Tracey!
PS - the link Tracey provided (www.cocacola.ca/productinfo/your_health_products.htm) does not work in Safari (at least for me) - I had to open it in firefox.

I think it's not listed because that is the US site and here it's made by Coca-Cola. It's not a huge amount of caffeine per cup but I'd still check. Others have said their centre allows them the crystal light iced teas even though they have a small amount of caffeine in them.
