Nestea Zero Post Op?

I drink it all the time, taste great.

I drink the Nestea Green Tea (sugar free). I was having trouble getting enough liquid in until I started drinking it. I had RNY. I am going to the WMC next week and will  check with them.

I don't like these ones. They seem more sweet and syrupy. I am still Pre-Op but I found Lipton diet green tea with Citrus... They are great! No sugar, no fat, no calories.

The Lipton Green Tea has caffeine as well so make sure to check if your centre allows caffeine.  11 mg per 1 cup of this one.

 Great that the Lipton tea is 0/0/0, but is it caffeine free? 

I know there are green teas brewed naturally that have caffeine in them, so if the Lipton green tea is derived from real green tea, it might have some caffeine in it.

Thanks so much ladies! Iv decided i'm drinking it anyhow, I go for my first post op appointment on Tuesday so Ill ask then but its helping me get through my liquids right now and im not too too worried about the caffeine in it, its nothing compared to what I could be drinking. If my center says no then i guess ill stop

caffeine??? not all hospitals/teams/ doctors forbid it..check with yours...especially if you are a recent patient.
