GOOD AND BAD.... Advice
sure stress in your head/throat etc could easily make a blood vessel pop..it's pressure...and just think about when you were vomiting it is intense.
as far as the pizza goes...at about 8 month I did eat pizza, what I did is from (1) slice, I pulled the cheese and the meat off and that's it...at almost 3 years post-op..I can have 2 small squares or a slice...and if I eat the crust it HAS to be very thin and crunch..no doughy double stuufed crap for me..

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
