Pure Protein

Does anyone use this brand of protein powder? It is on sale starting today for 25% off at Zellers.

Which one? There are different types and some have a lot of carbs.The Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein ones look ok. The 'natural' brand names though have sugar in them and are pretty high in carbs so I'd avoid it. It's so easy to get carb-free whey, so bother with it? Just read the labels carefully.

it is affordable and great tasting.   Pure Protein Vanilla Cream 100 Whey Protein - love this stuff and the pure protein bars.  Thanks for the heads up, cause I am going there to buy candy for Monday night.
