Back to work today after my hospital adventures yesterday and I have to say - I'm feeling better! My hemoglobin is back up (not to normal, but hey, at least I'm not on death's door lol) and feeling pretty good. :) Thanks for the concern and well wishes - doing good thanks.
I still hate Mondays however - I guess an attitude adjustment wasn't included.
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 1.5 oz bellavitano cheese, 4 melba rounds
L - tuna wrap with lots of veggies, small wheat tortilla
S - cantelope, a couple of green grapes, tea later in the afternoon
D - 3 chicken wings dipped in Frank's, spinach salad, poppy seed dressing

I'm home today. Have a few appointments again today. I really wasn't looking forward to going to work today anyway. We're doing a James Bond theme for Halloween & there's really nothing I can dress up as. Although it was suggested I portray an evil character ... he's a fat Asian guy. Really??? Guess he's the only fat character ever in James Bond. Oye!
On the menu today:
B: 1/4c egg whites w/ .5oz light cheddar
L & D: 80g Pork Kebab w/ 5 spears asparagus
S: Not Sure. Maybe 1/2 pomegranate or 1/2 an apple - ice been craving fruit.

Not much going on today for me. One more load of laundry then packing as I go away tomorrow morning. I wish this damn cough for just go away for good.

S - greek yogurt mixed with frozen mango in my food processor
L - baby romaine, grape tomatoes, red onion, cuke and grilled chicken topped with maple vinaigrette
S - pumpie pie latte, yummo
D - beef stew
Having something easy for dinner in case little ghosts and goblins show up at the door as we eat.

We still have lots of kids. I have enough goodies for 200. Oh dear thats why the candy is in the garage away from ME!

I'm getting back on track after a few days of munchies mayhem...
B - 1 egg, 1 egg white, scrambled in the microwave
coffee with steamed milk from my fave coffee place in the world
S - 1 turkey pepperette, 1 piece gouda cheese (20g)
L - tuna, 2 oz, no fat mayo, with 4 really thin crackers
1/2 a pear
S - handful of almonds, other half of pear
D - i think i have some meatballs in the freezer, with some veggies of some kind
S - likely no snack, i'll be at choir practice, and i'm not shelling out for halloween
going to try and motivate myself to go to yoga after work. Still tired from being out wayyyyyyyy too late on Saturday night.
