77 optifast down...7 to go and I am leaving for Ottawa tomorrow evening, surgery Friday morning (won't know the time till tomorrow) and I get to join you on the losers bench. Yippee!!!!!

For those of you early on in opti, sf jello, lf broth and sf popsicles really helped me out, it does get easier.

Just wanted to crow a little today

Well good for you, 3 weeks is a long time to be on optifast, you should be so proud of yourself for making it this far.

You've done really well so far - and I think it's down to your great attitude.

The three days in hospital should fly by (especially with painkillers - haha)
and then you'll be home and crowing over a whole new life beginning for you!
