Hahaha....nothing more delicious than pre-surgery soup broth right?

The husband of my boss is an executive chef and he is going to be making me some delicious home made beef and chicken broth to have for when I'm on Optifast!!!

How nice of them!

I still love broth .....now with some soft veggies in it....but a lovely change from the flavour of yogurt and some of the foods I have been eating.

Broth saved me from murdering others when on Optifast for 5 weeks. I needed savory/salty to go against the everyday choco/vanilla blah of Optifast.
