Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Disappointment for me because I had a really good food week despite wanting to eat more most of the time. I really had to work at the alternate strategies for "head hunger", and was hoping to be rewarding this AM by the scales. No such luck. Exercise here I come!

Have a good week everyone, notwithstanding the pre Holiday Season Jitters - which for me have always translated into food in previous years. BUT NOT THIS TIME!

This week my weight has been fluctuating as my body adjusted to less medication including stopping the water pill as per my PCP.

As well I am close to that TOM. Overall, 16.8 for two weeks of Optifast.
