One Year Ago Today
Wow - time really does fly! I can't believe it's been a whole year since I had my RNY. I've had the day from hell and almost forgot in was my surgiversary! I have a very sick dog which has resulted in a whole lot of extra laundry and house cleaning. Not exactly how I expected to spend my evening.
I've lost around 130 lbs to date and I'm trying to now add more calories into my diet so that I'm maintaining and not losing anymore. I never thought in a million years that I would be worried about losing too much weight! I will post pictures soon...just not up to it at the moment but maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
I only want to tell everyone who is waiting for surgery that it was the absolute best decision that I ever made for myself. I just wish I had done it years ago.
