Hi Dawn, hope you had a great Christmas. How's your hubby doing? I'm doing great thanks. Bought some skinny jeans and just love them. Hard to believe I am wearing skinny jeans lol. Wishing you and your hubby a very Happy, Healthy New Year!!! Hopefully see you next week at the meeting.

I think pretty well everyone who is overweight has a fatty liver. Opti or a low fat diet will reduce it before surgery. I am allergic to Opti so did fish, chicken, veg diet before hand-. no fruit or milk products. Strict but it worked. Dr. Hong said my liver was great.

My pharmacist suggested liquid milk thistle for a fatty liver. They only had the capsule form though. I bought it, took it for a week, then thought maybe I should wait until I see the dr again. I'll let everyone know what he says on Friday.
