Monday Weigh-In
Congrats to EVERYONE....and Julie do not fret. Seriously it is slower from some than others but it all works out in the end. Your body will definately respond!!!! And it will be out of nowhere.
So, I haven't done the Monday Weigh in for months...been away too long but if I recall correctly it went like this....
HW--318
SW--300
LW--175 (thinking October)
TW--167
Back to get back on track as I hit my initial goal which was 170 but now would like to see if I could get to 150. Let the games begin....LOL. Weigh in definately helps motivate.
