I will be trying this on my little George Foreman grill. I'm not sure I will be able to substitute turkey bacon for the real thing and will have to see how bad 1 slice is.  I have been treating bacon as thought it doesn't exist since surgery

Don't dance with the devil if you have been able to avoid the bacon b#st#rd so far...if turkey bacon doesn't turn your crank, then go for the prosciutto or ham alternative.
