What are you eating/ doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning. I hope everyone is doing well today!
B - 1/2 packet of the (way too expensive to throw out) low carb maple hot cereal I don't like mixed with the delicious Sensato butter pecan hot cereal and some 1% milk.
S - 1/2 c PC Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tb Smuckers NSA strawberry jam (really good!)
L - 1/2 c home made mac'n'cheese using Dreamfields low carb pasta and some Greek yogurt
S - 1 tb pumpkin seeds and 1 tb peanuts
D - Maybe some falafel made from a mix, but with added pureed chickpeas. I'm trying to make them in a little less fat than usual.
S - It's been a while since I had diet jello, so I don't hate it any more. Thinking of mixing it up with some Greek yogurt to see what that turns out like...

Lots on the go today as I am leaving tomorrow for some green golf courses....
B - bagel with creme cheese
s - leftover chicken and salad from Earls Restaurant....delish
l - smoked trout....oh how I love you....tastes like candy
s - latte while getting haircut
d - not sure...
All water/vits and lots of decaf coffee and tea
