Another question about transferring????

 I spoke with Humber today and they had not received my file, so I called Linda at Guelph. Linda said the transfer had gone through to the registry and that Humber should have it, gave me the number to call the registry.Called the registry got a machine that says they dont deal with personal files to call your centre for that. Left a message anyway as I dont have a centre right now.
Any suggestions??

Find out from Guelph when and how it left them, and then contact HRRH again with that info. Maybe it has been sent but not yet received or processed. or maybe it hasn't actually been sent at all - that happened with me with my transfer from TWH to St. Joe's.

 I spoke to Linda and she had confirmation that the transfer was sent. She spoke to Claudette and HRRH to get the go ahead from her. She sent it to the registry on Tues the 10th. She had confirmation of this. HRRH has no record of getting the transfer and can not help me. 
But as I said I left a message at the registry and Jackie called me back...she said to call her again monday because the transfer is not showing in their system, My file is still starting with 011 instead of 031 so it is still in Guelphs queue.

Try e-mailing the registry instead - I didn't ever get a response to my phone message, but a nice woman named Jaclyn got back to me pretty quickly when I e-mailed inquiring about the status of my referral in the system (whether it was received and which clinic it was sent to):

You will get an auto response that says they don't answer these types of questions, but Jaclyn did get back to me within one business day.
