Hello all! I am Jessie, I'm taking over the angel/surgery list from our ever popular friend Karen M. Thanks so much Karen for doing the job for so long, I remember being very very excited to give you my date and surgeon not to long ago. Karen, i dont have a list of of right now for any surgerys? Is that ok, will people just tell me on here for Feb ones? The one on the sheet you sent me has passed so I took it off.

What I would do is post the blank template so that people know what information to give you. Then bookmark your thread, wait a couple of days, input the data into the spreadsheet and re-post "Our updated surgery list".

Edited to add: Oh! And just copy and paste the script I sent you via PM.
