Dear OH Help Services

Could you please explain why you have not answered my private email to you? I sent it Sunday, asking a very important question, and it is now Wednesday. I would have written to ask you using the [email protected] email, but it seems I don't get answered that way.

I just "reported" your post so that it would go once more...keep us informed on response time!

No response yet, if you can believe it. 

I'd go post on the main board, they seem to monitor that one 24/7.

Perhaps you're right.  I'm just afraid of them throwing it in the trash aka the R&R board.

*sigh*

They don't seem to be throwing as much there this week. I saw a few that belonged there on the Main forum and they were days old and still not thrown to garbage heap.

Well, they answered me on the MB anyway - good suggestion.  I resent the email to them as they didn't seem to recall receiving it.

I "reported" your post to help get them to respond and I received the email below...not sure if they thought I was you, or if they copied me their  reply to you....sorry if I delayed your reponse by trying to help.
